Our Work

STAPI contributed as an important resource organization as many groups started to recognize the importance technical skill and human resource development, nurturing leadership and programme innovation in strengthening institutions and organisations for quality engagement between agencies and communities for social development. In this connection STAPI continued its innovative learning experiments and sharing though capacity building programmes with organisations, professionals and practitioners at block, district, state and national level. Since its formation the organization has been providing technical assistance, hand holding support and training support to NGO's/CBO's working in the diverse field of social sectors from rural and tribal remote areas. The work of STAPI is operationally divided into several thematic and strategic areas.
